Bimal leads the Investment Management sector for Deloitte South Asia as well as the M&A Transaction Services Practice for Deloitte India. Bimal has over 14 years of M&A experience in UK and India. He has a broad range of due diligence experience including acquisition due diligence, flotation, vendor due diligence and public to private transactions across all sectors. He works extensively with Private Equity investors and Corporates on both domestic and cross border transactions. He has worked on transactions in India, UK, USA, Western Europe, Middle East and China. Prior to transferring to India, he was part of Deloitte Transaction Services Group in the UK.
