Baber is a Partner in our Transaction Services group in London with over 20 years experience in the financial services, across investment & wealth management. Baber is our UK leader for Financial Advisory services to the Investment and Wealth Management industry sector. He brings extensive deal experience at large listed financial institutions and financial services focused private equity clients. His deal experience includes investment management targets across all asset classes, as well as cross border M&A in Europe, USA and APAC, whilst his wealth management experience covers all parts of the value chain, from financial advisers, fund platforms, private client wealth managers, discretionary wealth managers and private banks.
