Bio

Andy is a Managing Director in the New York M&A Transaction Services Group of Deloitte with over 20 years of experience in transaction advisory and audit. He started his career with Deloitte in Australia and transferred to New York in 2002. Andy has significant experience advising financial and strategic buyers on due diligence, accounting structuring and financial reporting aspects of transactions. During his tenure in M&A, Andy has lead domestic and cross-border transactions across a range of industries, including technology, media, consumer business, manufacturing and healthcare. Andy is also the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Leader for M&A Advisory.
