Kevin Angeles Bio

Kevin D. Angeles is a Managing Director at DelMorgan & Co. Mr. Angeles is the former EVP of Strategy and U.S. Head of Mergers & Acquisitions for HSBC Bank USA. He is also the former Head of Corporate Development and M&A for LendingClub and also led all M&A activity for Realtor.com. Over his 30+ year career, Mr. Angeles has led the acquisition, investment or sale of dozens of small to multi-billion dollar companies and asset portfolios across North America, Europe and Latin America. He has structured and negotiated numerous private equity investments, partnerships and joint ventures, turned around and recapitalized several companies, and led large cross-functional teams in planning and executing key strategic initiatives and transactional activities across the world. Mr. Angeles is a certified public accountant, holds an M.B.A. from the Anderson School of Business at UCLA and a Bachelor's degree in business economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Mr. Angeles is also a Lecturer at Venture University, teaching buy-side and sell-side M&A, and a mentor to start-up founders and CEOs at 1871, Chicago's leading technology innovation hub.
