Herbert DiBonaventi Bio

Herbert DiBonaventi is a Managing Director at DelMorgan & Co. He has over 25 years of experience in investment banking and M&A consulting in the areas of integrations and divestitures. Mr. DiBonaventi has managed over 60 domestic and cross-border transactions with a combined deal value of over $15 billion in a variety of industries, including life sciences, manufacturing, technology, financial services and others. Previously, Mr. DiBonaventi was a Managing Director at Grant Thornton with the Strategic Services practice. He also spent 14 years in a senior integration and separation advisory role within Ernst & Young LLP, including 2 years as the M&A practice founder and leader in Brazil. He has also held senior roles in investment banking and finance with Mizuho Bank and IBM, respectively. Mr. DiBonaventi holds a J.D. (Corporate/Tax Law) from Syracuse University and an M.B.A. (Finance), M.Sc. (Int’l Economics) and B.A. (Economics) from the University of Pittsburgh. He is an avid music listener and a soccer fan.
