Heather Stewart Bio

Heather Stewart is a Managing Director at DelMorgan & Co., with 15 years of government affairs and business development leadership experience. She has served as the Managing Director of Red Maple Strategies, a public strategies firm based in Austin, Texas; as the Vice President of Membership and Strategic Partnerships at TechNet, the only federal and 50-state nonpartisan tech lobbying firm in the U.S.; as Director of Community at legal tech firm CS DISCO; and as a founding member of Rover.com’s Government Affairs team. Ms. Stewart holds a B.A. from the University of British Columbia and an M.P.A. from the University of Washington. She is an advisory board member to multiple organizations, including Marketplace Risk, Western Governors University and Austin Tech Alliance, and she was appointed by two mayors to lead CTAB, the City of Seattle’s technology advisory board, which advises the Office of the Mayor and the City Council on technology issues impacting the City of Seattle. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in nature and with her partner, Eric, and her 11-year-old daughter, Amala.
