Soon Kie Min is a Managing Director in DelMorgan’s Seoul office. Mr. Min managed Gemini Investment Corp., a KOSDAQ-listed company specializing in investments and fund management, as Representative Director from 2009-2010, with special expertise in venture capital and motion picture finance. From 2003-2007, Mr. Min served as Representative Director of Xilink Co., a KOSDAQ-listed company, managing Xilink’s investment in various information technology companies. From 2002-2012, Mr. Min served as a Representative Director of Magilink Co., an investment holding company with approximately 10 publicly and privately held subsidiaries. From 1994-2002, Mr. Min worked in various senior positions at Asian Banking Corporation, one of the largest merchant banks in Korea. During that time, Mr. Min served as head of ABC’s Jakarta and Hong Kong offices, in charge of offshore investment, syndicate loans, lease and other financing services, and general administration of the office. Prior to his time at ABC, Mr. Min was a foreign exchange dealer at Citibank Korea and Irving Trust Company, Korea. Mr. Min received his B.A. degree in Business Administration from Yonsei University in 1981 and his M.B.A. degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1986.
