Shaman Bakshi is a Managing Director at DelMorgan & Co. Mr. Bakshi has an extensive career in structured finance spanning more than 20 years. He previously served as senior managing director at General Electric Capital Corporation, a leading financial institution in several business sectors, with an expertise in private equity and corporate finance. During his tenure with General Electric, Mr. Bakshi led GE Corporate Development in support of multiple billion-dollar acquisitions within GE Healthcare in Europe, GE Aircraft Engines, GE Infrastructure, NBCUniversal and GE Capital. For the last 15+ years, he has structured equity and senior/mezzanine debt for private equity sponsors across a wide range of industries, including Media and Technology, Manufacturing, Retail, Gaming, Healthcare and Real Estate. Mr. Bakshi has led multiple corporate exits and prepped companies for sale, supported buy-side due diligence, led multiple successful turnaround and restructuring situations, as well as several hundred million dollar growth equity transactions.
