Marshall Minor is a Managing Director at DelMorgan & Co. with over 20 years of corporate finance and M&A experience. Mr. Minor has been involved in over 50 transactions globally, primarily in gaming, hospitality and real estate. Prior to joining DelMorgan, Mr. Minor was the CFO for Shryne Group, the parent company of STIIIZY, one of the most high-profile and recognized brands in the cannabis industry. In addition, Mr. Minor has held executive roles at MGM Resorts (an international casino and hotel company) and TCFC (a Park City, UT real estate development company). He began his career at Salomon Smith Barney’s investment banking division, where he focused on telecom and media. Mr. Minor graduated with a B.S. in Finance (Honors) from Virginia Tech with a specialization in Financial Derivatives.
