Kook Jin (Kevin) Lee is CEO of DelMorgan Korea, providing senior-level attention and advice to Korean companies and to overseas companies pursuing transactions in Korea and throughout Asia. He has been Chairman of Magilink Co., Ltd. and he had also served as Chairman of Magilink Pte. Ltd. from 2001 to 2007, during which period the company became the number one provider of movies and Internet services in the hospitality industry in the Asian region. Mr. Lee is also a director of Duck Yang Ind. Co., Ltd., which is a major provider of cockpit modules to Korean auto manufacturing companies. Before his joining in Duck Yang Ind. Co., Ltd., Mr. Lee worked for IBM for 10 years. He also served from 2009 to 2010 as CEO and Chairman of Gemini Investment Corp., a listed company on KOSDAQ.Mr. Lee’s wide experiences over a long period of time in various industries, including finance, manufacturing, information technology and venture capital, have helped him in providing strategic and financial advice to a wide range of clients and infusing that advice with real-world industry knowledge and expertise. Mr. Lee graduated with a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Seoul National University in 1981 and received his M.B.A. degree from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology in 1983.
