Jung Hoon (Junny) Lee is a Managing Director at DelMorgan Singapore. Mr. Lee has over 10 years of advisory and management experience in a wide range of industries, including banking, private equity, information technology, retail, media, telecommunications, energy, hospitality, real estate investment, real estate management and real estate development. Mr. Lee has successfully executed over 25 domestic and cross-border transactions in a variety of industries and jurisdictions. Prior to joining DelMorgan, Mr. Lee was a Director at a Singapore-based multi-family office where he managed an alternative investment vehicle with AUM (assets under management) of US$150 million. Mr. Lee was instrumental in developing the company’s real estate portfolio and was responsible for the origination, financing, acquisition, asset management, operations, sales and divestitures for a wide range of asset classes, including core office buildings, distressed hotels and retail development projects. Earlier in his career, Mr. Lee was affiliated with some of the most well-established advisors and fund managers in the Asia-Pacific region, including Lazard and Pacific Star Group, where he was involved in various assignments, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, fund raising and real estate development projects. Mr. Lee is a graduate of Tufts University, with a bachelor´s degree in economics and international relations. He received his MSc from the London School of Economics.
