John Reilly is a Senior Managing Director at DelMorgan & Co. Mr. Reilly has 43 years of experience in financial advisory, corporate finance and investment banking. Mr. Reilly has been in the securities and investment banking business in the U.S. and Asia. He has worked and consulted for prominent firms in New York and Asia, including Pershing, Integrated Resources, Prudential and ANZ Bank. He has identified, managed and led the corporate finance teams on over $12 billion of mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and equity/debt placements during his career. Mr. Reilly spent seven years with WestPark Capital as Managing Director of Investment Banking, working with middle-market technology, energy, media, life sciences, healthcare, consumer products and manufacturing/industrial companies. Mr. Reilly started his investment banking career with Integrated Resources Inc., an investment bank in New York City. During his time with Integrated, he was instrumental in financing middle-market technology, telecom, media and energy projects. In addition, Mr. Reilly was part of the team that structured private placements in commercial and residential real estate, hotels, mini-storage and fast food franchise properties. Mr. Reilly was a banker on financing the first cable TV operation in the U.S. (Jones Cable in Denver), Residence Inns, Public Storage Mini Warehouses and Wendy’s franchises in New York City. After his time at Integrated Resources, Mr. Reilly created a financial advisory/wealth management firm, where he managed over $500 million of assets under management and directed placements of equity/debt of over $3 billion in technology, energy and real estate. Mr. Reilly pioneered international investing directly with Swiss Banks Lombard Odier & Cie and Pictet & Cie. Mr. Reilly went on to work with Prudential in its technology, media and telecommunications banking group and then to Asia with ANZ Bank for two years. He was with investment bank ACP before joining WestPark Capital and moving to Los Angeles. Mr. Reilly graduated summa cum laude from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He later attended Hawaii Pacific University, taking Accounting, and passed the Certified Public Accountant Exam. Mr. Reilly has done graduate work in finance at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School.
