Bio

David H. Chang is a Managing Director at DelMorgan & Co. He has more than fifteen years of experience in the financial service industry, advising ultra-high net worth individuals, corporations and institutions. Throughout his career, Mr. Chang has leveraged his foreign language fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese and Taiwanese with managements of corporation and sovereign entities in their native languages and in cross-border engagements. Mr. Chang has been responsible for numerous successful global transactions and frequently visits and advises clients in China, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Prior to joining DelMorgan & Co., Mr. Chang was Vice President of MUFG Union Bank, N.A., where he worked in a “dual-hat” capacity for both the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ and Union Bank as the head of Asian Corporate Banking. Mr. Chang covered U.S. subsidiaries of large and mega-corporations in Asia (generally the No. 1 and No. 2 companies within each industry) across geographies from New Zealand to India. Mr. Chang was the liaison of the China Desk, where he established and helped to bring about $1 billion in new corporate business for the bank. Mr. Chang also has previous experience at UBS International, Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley, handling corporate services and wealth management. Mr. Chang received his B.S. degree in Business Administration / Finance with a minor in Economics from California State University, Los Angeles and his M.B.A. degree in Accounting from University of the Southwest. Mr. Chang is committed to and practices servant leadership to support and elevate others as a cornerstone of his professional services on behalf of his clients.
