Bio

Adam Green is a Managing Director at DelMorgan & Co. Mr. Green has over 30 years of experience in finance and corporate strategy, first as an investment banker and then also as a venture capital investor, an executive corporate strategist, a consultant and a Chief Financial Officer of a private software company. After completing his M.B.A., Mr. Green spent 15 years as a technology-focused investment banker and venture investor for Hill Samuel, Prudential Securities Inc., TL Ventures and Cowen & Co/SG Cowen Securities, where he headed a Telecommunications practice and was Global Head of Semiconductor Investment Banking. As an M&A consultant, he also advised a public telecommunications company on its going-private sale to a private equity firm. Over the following 15 years, Mr. Green held a range of finance, strategy and business development roles at Alcatel, Motorola and Dell, including as the Corporate Strategy lead for Dell’s $40B+ PC/Mobility business. More recently, Mr. Green managed a consulting and investing business targeted at small to mid-sized companies and was Chief Financial Officer of XTOL, a startup Education SaaS platform, where he redeveloped its strategy and business model to launch services at a group of universities including the University of Texas. He also guided the company through its first institutional fundraising. Mr. Green received his B.A. degree from Reed College and his M.B.A. from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
