Sean T. Cincotta is an Vice President with Delancey Street Partners. Sean is responsible for creating client marketing materials, financial modeling, strategic & market analysis, as well as execution of transactions in a variety of industries. He works closely with Delancey’s senior bankers and clients to ensure the timely completion of transactions including acquisitions, mergers, capital raises, and minority recapitalizations. Sean joined Delancey Street Partners in 2020. Prior to joining Delancey Street, Sean was an Investment Banking Associate at Baker Tilly Capital. Previously, he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Stephens Inc. Sean is an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth.
