His deal making experience spanned a variety of industries, with transaction sizes ranging from $25 million to $15 billion+. Prior to this, Mr. Lorenzo held senior positions at Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers and Chase Manhattan Bank – both in New York and Europe. Mr. Lorenzo has had and continues to maintain significant relationships with investors including Bain Capital, Blackstone, The Carlyle Group and KKR. Mr. Lorenzo’s experience in property investments and real estate go back to 2005 with the acquisition of Hilton International (U.K.) by Hilton Hotels Corp. At Eden Roc Capital, he has been involved in numerous types of real estate related transactions in the U.S. and Europe. Many of the real estate deals were in conjunction with company consolidations, asset monetization and synergistic investment opportunities arising out of global business conditions.
