Richard Darlington Bio

Richard is part of our DC Advisory UK team with over 15 years' investment banking and accounting experience, primarily working across technology, media and gaming sectors. Richard has deep transactional knowledge leading multiple deal types across mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets (including IPOs and fundraisings) and debt financing. Previous positions have included roles with Zeus Capital, Barclays Capital, and KPMG where he earned his ACA.
