Hal Ritch Bio

Herald (Hal) is the Founder of DC Advisory US, having launched Sagent Advisors in 2003, which was subsequently acquired by DC Advisory in 2018. Prior to launching Sagent, Hal was MD and Co-Head of Global M&A at Citigroup Global Markets, before which he was MD and Co-Head of Global M&A at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, where he played a pivotal role in building the group into an M&A leader.
