Based in China, Stan is part of Daiwa Securities team in Beijing leading cross-border M&A transactions. With over 12 years of experience, Stan has a strong background in supporting ‘going global’ strategies for Chinese enterprises in Industrials, Consumer and Technology sectors, as well as assisting multinationals in accessing China’s capital markets, advising on equity, debt, and M&A transactions. Previous positions include roles with China Renaissances Securities, goetzpartners and CITIC Securities. Stan earned his MS in Engineering from University of Pennsylvania and BS in Engineering from Zhejiang University.
