Dan is based in New York and is part of our DC Advisory Business & Tech-Enabled Services team with over 30 years of investment banking experience across a number of Business Services sub-sectors including Test, Inspection and Certification (TIC) Services, Engineering and Management Consulting, Human Capital, Specialty Contracting, Waste Management, Facilities Management, and Utility Services. Prior to joining DC Advisory, Dan served as Global Co-Head of Business Services M&A at Rothschild & Co. Previous to Rothschild & Co, Dan was Head of North America Business Services IB coverage and Head of Mid-Corporate Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan. Dan holds a B.S. in Engineering from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a M.S. in Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.
