Dennis Ensing Bio

Dennis is an experienced C-suite executive leading and implementing his company's short term and strategic plans, which have included start-ups as well as $50 million high growth concerns. In the past 10 years alone he has been involved in over $100 million of financing and M&A transactions. Prior to that he was also a Vice President within the Corporate Finance practice of Ernst and Young where he provided transaction advisory services to emerging companies. Dennis is a Chartered Professional Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University. He is also a CEO member of AceTech Ontario and currently serves on the board of directors of the Southwest Ontario Angel Group.
