Xiaoyan Li Bio

Xiaoyan is part of our DC Advisory China team with more than 15 years’ investment banking experience, including extensive private sector coverage and capital operations such as restructuring, IPOs and refinancing. Prior to joining DC, Xiaoyan held roles at China Renaissance, Goldstone Co. and CITIC Securities. She holds a Bachelors degree in Finance from Renmin University of China, and an MBA from Fordham University in New York.
