Xavier Hofmann Bio

Xavier is part of our DC Advisory France team, bringing more than eight years' corporate finance and debt financing experience to the Debt Advisory and Restructuring practice. Previously, Xavier spent six years with Nomura in London, where he focused on private debt origination, LBO underwriting, restructuring processes and Islamic finance in EMEA. Prior to Nomura, he worked at CA-CIB in Paris and New York, in the M&A and financial sponsors coverage teams. Xavier graduated from Paris Dauphine University and ESCP Europe with a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance.
