Nicolas joined the DC Advisory Paris team in 2016 to lead the Debt and Restructuring advisory practice, bringing over 15 years of financing experience. Previous roles have included Director at the Royal Bank of Scotland and Inspecteur at Société Générale. Standout transactions led by Nicolas include the €345m unitranche acquisition financing for Naxicap on Siblu Group, Elivie’s €360m 1st lien / 2nd lien refinancing (externally rated); advising Looping Group on its 1st out / 2nd out refinancing, first of its kind in France; the €340m all senior acquisition financing for Omers PE on Trescal (externally rated).
