Giuliano was one of the founding members of our DC Advisory Italy office and brings with him some 20 years’ investment banking experience. Prior to joining DC, Giuliano spent 12 years at Lazard and two years at Mediobanca, with a total transaction experience of over EUR 30 billion. Giuliano has specific expertise in M&A, Debt Advisory and Strategic Advisory, spanning sectors including Industrials, Consumer, Leisure & Retail, Media & Technology, Healthcare, Financial Services and Education. His activity in recent years has focused on private equity funds in Italy and the consequent PE-backed sell-side assignments. He has gained experience in both the mid-cap and large-cap segments, in most cases as an advisor on cross-border transactions.
