Eoin McGuinness Bio

Eoin joined IBI Corporate Finance (DC Advisory Ireland) in 2022 and specializes in Debt Advisory. Prior to joining the business, Eoin spent over 20 years in Bank of Ireland where he was a Senior Director in the Corporate Banking division. Eoin’s primary focus was working with a broad range of companies to structure & coordinate a variety of complex lending transactions including leveraged & management buyouts, recapitalisations and complex working capital structures. Eoin graduated from the National University of Ireland, Galway with a degree in Commerce and subsequently an MBS in 2001. Eoin is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
