Arthur is a part of our DC Advisory Singapore team with over 15 years of investment banking experience and is responsible for the teams’ Greater China coverage as well as origination and execution of equity capital markets and M&A transactions. Arthur has substantial equity capital markets, corporate finance advisory and M&A experience having advised on corporate / REIT / business trust IPOs and follow-on offerings, reverse takeovers and cross border M&A transactions across multiple sectors in Asia, Australia and Europe. Prior to joining DC, Arthur worked at Stirling Coleman Capital Limited, a leading boutique sponsor and underwriter for Chinese companies’ listing in Singapore.
