Peter Rothschild has been involved in both investment and merchant banking for over 40 years. During this time, he has been engaged in over 100 transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, restructuring, corporate advisory work and principal investing, aggregating several billions of dollars. On the agency side, Mr. Rothschild’s clients include publicly traded companies, private companies, financial buyers and mezzanine lenders. He has very close relationships with senior partners at many of the private equity sponsors, leading mezzanine lenders, hedge funds and other providers of capital. He has focused on industrial companies in the aerospace, apparel, automotive, building products, chemicals, distribution, energy, general manufacturing, paper and packaging and textile industries, and service companies including consumer, restaurants and financial services.
