Jim DiPisa, with nearly two decades experience in M&A, investment banking, and capital markets, founded Dalphia Partners, a M&A advisory firm dedicated to the wealth management sector. At Robertson Stephens Wealth Management, Jim's expertise shone as he crafted and executed an M&A playbook, resulting in tenfold AUM growth via sixteen acquisitions of RIA firms and advisor teams over a five-and-a-half-year span. Jim brings extensive experience to Dalphia Partners. Jim is a Lehigh University alumnus with dual Bachelor's degrees and a CFA charterholder.
