Frédéric is part of the DC Advisory France team and leads the firm's Healthcare practice, with more than 15 years' investment banking experience. Frédéric joined DC in 2005 and has advised on a number of high-profile deals throughout his career. Standout transactions include advising: the Japanese group Taisho Pharmaceuticals on the acquisition of the French pharmaceutical company UPSA; a consortium of financial investors made up of HLD, UI Gestion and SRS on the acquisition and merger of IP Santé and AMS, creating the 3rd French homecare player, Elivie; and the shareholders of Almaviva Santé and Domus Cliniques on the merger of the two private hospital operators.
