Zach Rosen is a Managing Director in the Financial Sponsors Group based in New York. He primarily covers Technology-focused sponsors across the country. With nearly 20 years of financial services industry experience, he has provided sell-side, buy-side, and capital raising services to a variety of private equity firms as well as worked as an Equity Sales Tech Specialist. Zach has experience across Equity Sales & Trading and Tech Investment Banking. Most recently, Zach was with KeyBanc Capital Markets, where he led their Tech-focused sponsor coverage efforts and provided debt and equity financing to support leveraged buyouts, growth capital, add-on acquisitions, and IPOs. Prior to KeyBanc, Zach worked for Pacific Crest Securities and Prudential Equity Group. He received his bachelor’s degree from Colorado College and an MBA from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill.
