Joe Schimmelpfennig is a Managing Director and Head of the Consumer Investment Banking group, focusing on M&A advisory services and capital markets activities in the Consumer and Consumer Services sectors. He has over 25 years of transaction and advisory experience providing general corporate finance and M&A advice to growth companies. Prior to joining D.A. Davidson, Joe was the Head of Investment Banking at Wunderlich Securities and led the firm’s Consumer and Business Services Investment Banking practice. Previously, he was a Managing Director at ROTH Capital Partners where he helped build the firm’s Consumer and Business Services Investment Banking practice. Joe received a bachelor’s degree in business from Coe College.
