Nathan Ail is a Director for the Investment Banking group, where he focuses on transactions in the financial institutions sector. He has more than decade of experience in D.A. Davidson’s Financial Institutions Group where he advises on mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, fairness opinions, and strategic advisory assignments. Nathan has closed more than 70 transactions with combined value over $6 billion. Prior to joining D.A. Davidson in 2007, Nathan was a summer associate at Moss Adams LLP. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon where he studied accounting.
