Bio

James Keckler is a Managing Director for the Investment Banking group, where he focuses on Diversified Industrials transactions and co-leads the firm’s Engineering and Construction efforts. Prior to joining D.A. Davidson, he was a Vice President at Lazard, where he advised large-cap corporations on M&A and debt restructuring transactions. He began his career as a strategy consultant with Accenture. James has over 20 years of experience advising clients on M&A, corporate strategy and corporate finance matters and holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan.
