Eric is a Managing Director for the Investment Banking group focusing on Consumer and Business Services. Eric has been in private equity and investment banking for more than 20 years. Prior to joining D.A. Davidson & Co., Eric served as Managing Director with Wunderlich Securities in their Consumer Group where he focused on M&A transactions and Debt Capital Markets. Previously, Eric was a Managing Director at ROTH Capital Partners where he headed up the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Debt Capital Markets groups. He was also a founding member and principal of Toronto Dominion Capital, the New York-based private equity arm of TD Bank. Eric holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine.
