David Morse is a Managing Director in the Investment Banking group where he concentrates on transactions in the Diversified Industrials sector. He specializes in Industrial Services which includes facility and infrastructure services, environmental services, and supply chain services including distribution and logistics. David joined D.A. Davidson in 2020, bringing approximately 15 years of investment banking experience, having advised clients on over 25 M&A transactions in excess of $20 billion in aggregate transaction value. His experience includes advising on multibillion dollar public company mergers, corporate carveouts, take-privates, and restructurings, as well as middle market sell-side and buy-side transactions involving both family-owned businesses and private equity portfolio companies. Prior to joining the firm, David was a Director at Bowstring, a division of Citizens Bank, where he helped build and lead the Industrial Services group. He also served as a Vice President in the Industrials M&A group at Evercore Partners in New York, and in the Industrials group at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey in Atlanta where he led the Chemicals & Chemicals Distribution practice. David began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at The Robinson-Humphrey Company in Atlanta. He graduated from The University of Virginia and received an MBA with distinction from the Kellogg School of Management.
