Bio

Danny is a Managing Director in the Investment Banking group, focusing on Consumer and Business Services. Danny has represented a wide range of companies in various sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, public and private offerings of equity and debt as well as other advisory assignments. Prior to joining D.A. Davidson & Co., he was a Director at Wunderlich Securities, where he helped establish the Consumer and Business Services investment banking group. Previously, Danny was a Senior Vice President at Roth Capital Partners on its Consumer and investment banking team after beginning his career at Goldman, Sachs & Co. as a member of its Technology, Media and Telecom teams in Los Angeles and Sydney, Australia. Danny holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with emphases in corporate finance and investment markets from the University of Southern California.
