Andrew Norwood is a Director in the Investment Banking group, focusing primarily on food, beverage and agriculture. He has over 15 years of experience advising companies in sell-side and buy-side assignments, financing assignments, as well as capital strategy and structuring across three continents. Prior to joining D.A. Davidson, Andrew was a member of the Consumer Investment Banking team at Stephens Inc., focusing on mergers and acquisitions and financings in the middle market food and consumer product sectors. Andrew began his career with ANZ Banking Group in his native Australia, and continued in Hong Kong and Greater China, where he advised middle market and institutional clients on debt and equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border transactions across a range of industries including food and beverage, agribusiness and technology. Andrew graduated with a bachelor's degree in commerce (finance, economics, politics) from Deakin University in Australia.
