Amy Johnson is a Managing Director and Head of Debt Advisory for the Investment Banking group. She brings to the Technology Banking team 15 years of experience executing M&A and capital markets transactions for companies within the Digital Infrastructure ecosystem. In her role as Head of Debt Advisory, Amy leverages 25+ years of debt capital markets experience and relationships to arrange senior and junior debt financings for clients across D.A. Davidson’s Technology, Diversified Industrials and Consumer verticals. Prior to joining D.A. Davidson, Amy served as a managing director and head of debt advisory at The Bank Street Group LLC. Previously, she led the U.S. asset-backed credit business at Swiss Bank/SBC Warburg and was with Chase Manhattan Bank. Amy graduated with honors from the University of Notre Dame with a bachelor’s degree and concentration in finance. She currently resides in Fairfield, Connecticut with her husband and two sons.
