Gary Morabito Bio

Based in Philadelphia, Gary Morabito joined D.A. Davidson as Managing Director, Equity Capital Markets with a focus on leading capital markets activity in Technology. He has nearly 20 years of experience advising both public and private companies, raising over $150 billion across more than 350 capital market transactions in his career. Most recently, Gary spent 17 years at William Blair. He was instrumental in building out the firm’s highly successful ECM platform and worked on hundreds of capital offerings including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, convertible debt offerings, private placements, at-the-market offerings, and registered directs. He received his bachelor’s degree in economics from Denison University, and currently resides in Philadelphia with his wife and three kids.
