Eric Stetler is a Managing Director and Head of M&A in D.A. Davidson & Co.’s Investment Banking group where he focuses on Diversified Industrials. Eric leads D.A. Davidson’s Machinery and Equipment practice covering OEMs, suppliers, dealers and service providers across agriculture, construction, forestry, infrastructure, marine, mining, rail, and specialty/recreational vehicle and related markets. Prior to joining D.A. Davidson, he spent 13 years with Baird in the firm’s Global Industrial Group, having completed more than 80 transactions with disclosed value in excess of $20 billion. Eric received a B.B.A. in Accounting, Economics, and Finance from the University of Wisconsin at Oshkosh, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He is also a Certified Management Accountant.
