Amy Johnson is a Managing Director and Head of Debt Advisory for D.A. Davidson’s Investment Banking Group. She brings to the Technology investment banking team 17 years of experience executing M&A and capital markets transactions for companies within the digital infrastructure ecosystem, including data centers, fiber networks, and wireless infrastructure. In her role as Head of Debt Advisory, Amy leverages 25-plus years of debt capital markets experience and relationships to arrange senior and junior debt financings for companies and financial sponsors across D.A. Davidson’s Technology, Diversified Industrials, and Consumer verticals. Amy is currently acting chair of Women for Higher Advancement and Mentorship (WHAM), the women’s organization within Equity Capital Markets. Prior to joining D.A. Davidson, Amy served as a Managing Director and Head of Debt Advisory at The Bank Street Group LLC. Previously, she led the U.S. asset-backed finance business at Swiss Bank/SBC Warburg and was with Chase Manhattan Bank. Amy graduated with honors from the University of Notre Dame with a bachelor’s degree and concentration in finance.
