Nick Ransley Bio

Nick Ransley has spent 30 years involved with mining finance, first as a lawyer in London before joining Warrior International (predecessor company to CF&Co) then CF&Co at its inception in 2000. After a degree in Oceanography with Geology at Southampton University, Nick qualified as a solicitor with Freshfields in 1993, working on public and private corporate finance transactions. In 1997, he joined Warrior. Since then he has worked on a wide range of mining finance transactions including mergers and acquisitions, corporate and project finance and joint ventures. In 2009, Nick moved to Canada and set up CF&Co’s Toronto office before returning to London in 2014. He is currently the Compliance Officer of CF&Co.
