Kevin Smith Bio

Kevin has spent over 30 years as an investment banker focused primarily on industrial, services and consumer products companies in the public and private markets. He has particular expertise helping large family businesses, entrepreneurs, executives and companies evaluate strategic and financial options. Kevin also works extensively with private equity firms. He began his career at JP Morgan Chase, and was Head of Diversified Industrials at Wachovia Securities (later Wells Fargo). More recently, he drove the build-out of the Industrial Investment Banking Business at Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) in New York.
