Greg has spent over 23 years in developing and delivering business optimization and operational excellence across multiple business streams and disciplines in the Manufacturing and Services sectors, including leading turn-around efforts and business transformation initiatives at KONE Elevator, Ingersoll Rand, Trane Services, Hussmann and American Standard. He has driven significant profitability improvements in Service, Installation, Equipment, and Parts at his various career stops. Prior to working for corporates, Greg began his career in the military as an intelligence collector, interrogator, and interrogation trainer, where he became a subject matter expert for body language and behavior. Today he is recognized as one of the world's top body language and behavior experts and co-hats a weekly youtube channel called The Behavior Panel, which has gained over 50 million views since its creation in May 2020. Greg has successfully been able to transfer his knowledge of human behavior to the corporate world and private equity investors, providing deep expertise of how business works with unique expertise in how people work.
