Richard Harmon Bio

Richard Harmon brings a wealth of experience and unique perspectives to his investment banking activities at CSG Partners. Coming from a background in public accounting, he served as a CFO, and founded and lead two successful companies. His experience makes him well-equipped to provide strategic insights and practical solutions. Before joining CSG in 2011, Richard founded and served as President of BackOffice Support Services, Inc., a financial staffing services provider. He also co-founded and served as CEO of TeamAlliance Technology Partners, LP, a national technology staffing services provider. Under his leadership, TeamAlliance grew to 30 offices and was sold to Hall Kinion & Associates shortly before its IPO. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and has been a Certified Public Accountant for 40 years. Richard has received numerous awards, including a New York City Chamber of Commerce Small Business Award, Regional Finalist Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, and Distinguished Service Awards from United Way & United Cerebral Palsy of New York City.
