Richard Harmon’s experience in public accounting, as a CFO, and as an entrepreneur, allows him to bring a unique strategic insights and practical solutions to his investment banking activities at CSG Partners. Prior to joining CSG, Richard was founder and President of BackOffice Support Services, Inc., a financial staffing services provider in New York and Connecticut. He was also founder & CEO of TeamAlliance Technology Partners, LP, a leading national technology staffing services provider. After growing TeamAlliance into an organization with 30 offices and hundreds of software programmers deployed on assignments across the nation, Richard sold the company to Hall Kinion & Associates just prior to its IPO (NASDAQ: HAKI, since acquired by KForce, Inc.). He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was a founding member of its Emerging Business Services Group. That marked the beginning of a long history of working closely with business owners to achieve their financial objectives. Subsequent to PwC, Richard served as CFO for companies in diverse industries, including software development and manufacturing, and completed numerous financing transactions. Richard is a recipient of the New York City Chamber of Commerce Small Business Award and Distinguished Service Awards from United Way & United Cerebral Palsy of New York City. He has been a Certified Public Accountant for over 25 years.
