Since joining CSG Partners in 2005, Alex Mumblat has completed over 100 transactions across a gamut of industries, including apparel and accessories, engineering and architectural firms, food services, government contractors and telecommunication services, among others. He specializes in US-based transactions, as well as cross-border US-Israel deals. Prior to joining CSG, Alex worked at David N. Deutsch & Company, a New York-based investment banking boutique. There, he handled a wide variety of assignments, including buy and sell-side merger & acquisition transactions, evaluations of strategic financial alternatives, intellectual property valuations, litigation advisory, etc. Alex began his career as a budgeting officer in the Israeli Defense Forces. Alex graduated magna cum laude from Tel Aviv University, where he majored in Economics and Political Science. Alex received his MBA with Dean’s Honors from the University of Miami School of Business. He holds a Series 7 securities license.
