Michael assists in executing merger and acquisition transactions across a broad range of industries, including technology-enabled business services, petrochemicals, industrial services, and wholesale distribution. Furthermore, he supports the firm’s buy-side efforts by aiding private equity clients in their acquisition search, negotiation, and due diligence processes. Prior to joining Crutchfield Capital, Michael was a Vice President and relationship manager in the corporate banking group at Texas Capital Bank in Houston. Before that, Michael worked as an Associate in the natural resources group at ING Capital and started his career at General Electric in their Financial Management and Corporate Audit Staff training programs. Michael graduated from Northeastern University, where he earned a B.S. in finance and accounting.
