Bio

Eric has successfully completed numerous change-of-control and capital formation engagements, including recent transactions in the industrial distribution, energy services, consumer products, outsourced business services, and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining Crutchfield Capital, Eric held a variety of operations management positions with General Electric Company and was a graduate of its acclaimed Manufacturing Management Program. He also held management positions with Halliburton and was responsible for its overall supply chain and asset management for the completion products division. Eric holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, an M.S. in Engineering Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology, and an M.B.A. with a concentration in finance from Southern Methodist University. He is licensed with FINRA as a General Securities Representative, General Securities Principal, and Financial Operations Principal. In addition, Eric has published various articles regarding artificial intelligence applications in manufacturing processes.
