Lance Converse has over 30 years of experience founding and building highly successful companies in the pharmaceutical services, eClinical technology, and drug development sector. Prior to joining Crosstree, Converse was founder and CEO of ePharmaSolutions. It was sold to WCG (WIRB Copernicus Group) where he later served as CIO, supporting its innovation and M&A activities. Prior to starting ePharmaSolutions, Converse was founder and CEO of Acurian, a leading patient recruitment firm; founder and CEO of ReSearch Pharmaceutical Services (RPS), a leading clinical outsourcing firm which later sold to PRA, and co-founder of Diasome Pharmaceuticals. Converse provides strategic direction and operational oversight of the fund investment portfolio and is on the Board of Directors of Prostasis, a growth stage pharmaceutical company.
